Bio
Ethan Hacker (he/him/his) a 5th year Ph.D. (ADB) candidate affiliated with the Educational Leadership and Policy program at the University of Utah. He works as a financial management analyst for the central budget office at the University of Utah. While employed full-time at the university, he is currently working to finalize a dissertation proposal related to tuition policies and their impact on higher education institutions. As such, his research interests typically include topics surrounding higher education finance, particularly utilizing quantitative methods.
