Bio
Richard Gonzalez (he/him/his) holds an MBA from Utah State University and is a 4th year doctoral candidate in the Educational Leadership & Policy program at the University of Utah. He serves as the Director of Workforce & Industry Engagement of the Utah System of Higher Education. His research explores the leaders’ approach in the Strategic Enrollment Management planning process.
