Overview
Over the past couple decades, state, local, and the federal government have significantly invested to increase college completion rates, particularly for historically marginalized students. Our research examines how public policies influence college completion, how state governance and intermediary organizations influence completion policies, and the effects of college completion policies and strategies. We are interested in using research to create more equitable student completion within higher education, particularly to address longstanding inequities in college completion by race and income.
